Orders get marked as “Processing” when payment is received and confirmed. Once you send payment, please allow some time for order to be changed to processing. Email us if your order has been on hold for more than 24 hours.

Will I get a shipping email with tracking?

Yes, when orders ship you will receive an email displaying tracking number, this email will come from Shipstation. You can also find tracking in your WP account order history!

All orders are shipped in discreet boxes so there is no indication of what is inside. Our products are packaged in smell-proof bags and double vacuum sealed for extra security.
