Additionally, we’re excited to announce the return of same-day shipping! Place and pay for your order before 9:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, and we’ll deliver it within the GTA that same day.

New Shipping Options During the Strike

To better serve you during the Canada Post strike, we’ve introduced new shipping options to keep things running smoothly:

• Same-Day Delivery: Available within the GTA! Place and pay for your order by 9:00 AM EST, Monday to Friday, and we’ll deliver your order that same day.
• Purolator Shipping: All other orders will be shipped via Purolator, ensuring reliable delivery during this time.

Our updated payment cut-off time for both same-day shipping and same-day delivery is 9:00 AM EST, so plan ahead to enjoy these speedy shipping options!

Important Reminder:

• Please avoid using PO boxes for deliveries during this period. Canada Post manages PO boxes, which will be impacted by the strike. To avoid delays, provide a physical address for a smooth and uninterrupted delivery experience.
• PAYMENT CUT-OFF IS 9:00 AM EST. Any payments made after 9:00 am EST will be shipped the following business day.

To enhance our service further, we’re reintroducing same-day delivery. After a short pause, this convenient option is back to offer the speed and flexibility you’ve come to love.

• Delivery info: Monday-Friday. Deliveries are made from 2pm-9pm est.

For orders currently with Canada Post:

Canada Post has announced: “Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed”. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and any packages already in their possession will be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to share updates as the situation evolves.
