All orders are professionally packaged and discreetly shipped. We are firm believers in durable, odor resistant, and tamper-proof packaging. This includes double vacuum seals and double boxes.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours. Please send funds immediately after placing an order to ensure a quick processing/shipping time.
Orders get marked as “Processing” when payment is received and confirmed. Once you send payment, please allow some time for order to be changed to processing. Email us if your order has been on hold for more than 24 hours.
Yes, when orders ship you will receive an email from us saying your order has been completed. Within this email is your Canada post tracking number. Sometimes our emails go to your spam inbox. Be sure to check there incase!
If you order small buds, budget or 14 Grams quantities your package will fit in a traditional mailbox. Larger orders will not

We highly suggest using a Canada Post Flex delivery address or PO box when ordering large amounts. Large orders sent to non PO box or Flex delivery addresses will not be insured/covered. We do not cover shipments over $200 that are shipped to “APTS, UNITS, CONDOS.
Tracking number will be emailed to you before it has been scanned in at the post office. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once it is emailed to you. For issues please contact us via email.

If you have inputted a wrong address/postal code, please email us ASAP. If we ship a product with a wrong address WP is NOT liable. Please ensure your address is 100% correct before submitting.
This occurs when the customer inputs a wrong address. For orders that get returned to sender, WP will charge another shipping fee +$10 handling fee to be reshipped. WP is not liable for orders that are lost due to wrong address.

Once the payment has been sent and accepted, all sales are final. If we have not shipped your product and you would like a refund, we will send you a voucher code worth your order total. We can’t reverse payments or send any back. Please send us an email for support.
Once funds have been accepted there are ZERO refunds. Refunds will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. All customers agree to these terms upon completing the checkout process.
Our standard posters are 11×17 Inches & our small prints are 4.25×6 Inches. Orders that total 1-7G will recieve a mini poster print!
Strain amounts totalling 14 grams and under will receive a mini poster print. All orders totalling 28 Grams and over will receive our 11×17 inch posters!
Some of our posters are limited to 50 and 100 prints. We sometimes restock sold out posters. For restock information please follow our Instagram and be subscribed to our newsletter.
