Package/Order Questions

We offer optional shipping insurance for a fee of $5, which can be added during checkout. This insurance provides coverage in the event your order does not arrive due to courier-related issues such as loss, theft, or misplacement.

Please note:

  • Shipping insurance must be selected at the time of checkout in order to be valid.
  • Orders placed without shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement.
  • Insurance does not cover packages that have been marked as "Delivered" or "Complete" by the courier.

*Please note that we do not offer postage refunds for orders that are delayed due to courier or postal service issues.*

We cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds/replacements for orders that are lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer (including typos, autocorrect errors, or missing apartment/unit numbers)
  • Customer relocation after placing the order
  • Theft after successful delivery (package was delivered but stolen from your property)
  • Refused delivery (package rejected by doorman, building management, or other party)

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items or damaged products, please email us at WPASSISTANCE@TUTA.IO within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue.
