Each package comes with 12 tea bags, 500mg of mushrooms per tea bag. 6 grams total in each package.

Ingredients: Organic Chamomile, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Mushrooms

Flavours: Chamomile + Lemon

Directions: Pour 2 cups of hot water into your favourite mug with 1 tea bag. Allow 10-15 minutes. Add honey, milk or your favourite additions.
