We wanted to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues printing shipping labels through Canada Post. As a result, shipping through this carrier is temporarily unavailable.
To avoid any delays and keep orders moving out on time, all shipments will be processed through Purolator until further notice.
What This Means for You
- All orders will be shipped via Purolator
- Tracking will be provided as usual
- No delays in order processing
If the estimated delivery time through Purolator differs from what it would have been with Canada Post, we will automatically upgrade your shipment to Purolator Express at no additional cost. If the estimated delivery time remains the same, your shipment will proceed as standard with no changes.
Important Note for PO Box Addresses
At this time, Purolator is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Any orders placed with a PO Box address will be held until Canada Post service is fully restored.
