Shipping Update – Canada Post Service Restored
We’re happy to share that Canada Post is now fully operational, and we’ve officially resumed shipping with both Canada Post and Purolator.
During the recent disruption, we temporarily routed all shipments through Purolator—even for orders that were originally intended for Canada Post—to ensure there were no delays. We appreciate your patience while we worked through this.
What’s Back to Normal
- You can now choose between Canada Post and Purolator at checkout
- All shipping options are functioning as expected
- Orders will be fulfilled using your selected carrier
- Tracking will continue to be provided as usual
Service Notes
- PO Box deliveries are now fully supported again through Canada Post
- Purolator remains available for faster or alternative delivery options
- Our team will continue to monitor both carriers to ensure smooth delivery performance
