We are currently experiencing technical problems while printing Canada Post shipping labels.
As a result, orders placed with Canada Post shipping and the Flexible Courier Change option selected will ship through Purolator instead. This change will help us avoid unnecessary shipping delays and keep packages moving.
Customers who selected Do Not Substitute Shipping Couriers will not have their shipping method changed. These orders will remain on hold until Canada Post label printing becomes available again.
Customers shipping to a PO Box will also have their orders held over the weekend. Purolator does not deliver to PO Boxes, so we cannot substitute Purolator for these shipments.
The earliest expected shipping date for these orders is Monday, August 10, 2026. Further delays may occur if the Canada Post issue continues.

Canada Post Shipping Update
The Canada Post label printing issue has now been resolved.
All Canada Post orders will continue shipping as normal, including orders that were temporarily placed on hold.
