I had to pop back in with a more recent review. I just got a pack and three out of the five of them are crushed.The pack itself looked pretty wrinkled, so I think it might have been damaged prior to packaging. If your BW pack looks wrinkled before you open it, I would suggest not opening it. And just contacting WP.
