We are currently experiencing technical problems when printing Canada Post shipping labels.
As a result, orders placed with Canada Post shipping and the Flexible Courier Change option selected will ship through Purolator instead. This change will help us avoid unnecessary shipping delays and keep packages moving.
Customers who selected Do Not Substitute Shipping Couriers will not have their shipping method changed. These orders will remain on hold until Canada Post label printing becomes available again.
The earliest expected shipping date for these orders is tomorrow. Further delays may occur if the Canada Post issue continues.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our team is working to process every order as quickly as possible.

Canada Post Shipping Update
The Canada Post label printing issue has now been resolved.
All Canada Post orders will continue shipping as normal, including orders that were temporarily placed on hold.
