How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped and scanned at the post office, it will take 1-3 business days to receive your order with Canada Xpress Post. Ontario & Quebec delivery is typically 1 business day. * Please note that, delays may happen that is far beyond our control that will delay your delivery
How many posters do I get with my order?
All orders over $200 include a free large poster! Premium posters can be purchased here.

Lost Package?
We cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds/replacements for orders that are lost due to:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer (including typos, autocorrect errors, or missing apartment/unit numbers)
- Customer relocation after placing the order
- Theft after successful delivery (package was delivered but stolen from your property)
- Refused delivery (package rejected by doorman, building management, or other party)
Missing an item in your order?
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items or damaged products, please email us at WPASSISTANCE@TUTA.IO within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue.
My order shows it is on “Hold”
Orders get marked as “Processing” when payment is received and confirmed. Once you send payment, please allow some time for order to be changed to processing. Email us if your order has been on hold for more than 24 hours.
