My order shows it is on “Hold”
Orders get marked as “Processing” when payment is received and confirmed. Once you send payment, please allow some time for order to be changed to processing. Email us if your order has been on hold for more than 24 hours.
When will my order be shipped?
Weedposters orders are shipped within 1 business day. Please send funds for your order immediately after submitting to ensure a fast shipping time. We ship orders Monday-Friday.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance for a fee of $5, which can be added during checkout. This insurance provides coverage in the event your order does not arrive due to courier-related issues such as loss, theft, or misplacement.
Please note:
- Shipping insurance must be selected at the time of checkout in order to be valid.
- Orders placed without shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement.
- Insurance does not cover packages that have been marked as "Delivered" or "Complete" by the courier.

What are shipping fees?
We use Canada Post Xpress shipping only here at Weedposters. Ontario/Quebec: $15, West Coast $20, East Coast $20.
What areas do you ship to?
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada, including Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location, with higher rates applied to remote or northern regions.
What happens if I miss the payment cut-off time?
We have a very strict 11:00am payment cut-off time. Any payments made after 11:01 will be shipped the following business day.
